In recent weeks, we’ve had to adapt to the current situation and are increasingly dependent on using technology to keep in touch with friends and colleagues who are working from home.
In this session, Craig Steele from Digital Skills Education Ltd will share tips on how to keep your video conferencing cyber safe, and include sensible steps you can take when using conferencing technology facilities (Zoom, Skype, Hangouts and Teams) to protect your privacy. No previous technical knowledge is required.
You can participate in the session without having to go on camera and/or microphone – simply watch what is happening, or type in the chat box if you have any questions.
If you would like to attend one of the 45 minute sessions on offer on Thursday 14 May at either 11am, 2.30pm or 7pm, please let me know by Tuesday 12 May.
Once I have a note of your attendance, I will forward a link in advance of the 14th.
Please forward this invite to your reps, members and workers, and networks.
Kind regards,
Catherine
