- Recycling services should be maintained for as long as possible in line the Waste (Scotland) Regulations 2012
- Flexibility around Certificate of Technical Competence (CoTC)
- Contact SEPA directly with any concerns complying with permit conditions
- Duty of Care obligations to be maintained
- Use of electronic waste transfer notes where possible (drivers may sign on behalf of waste producers)
- Where paper transfer notes are used both parties retain their own copy, mark it with “CV19” instead of a physical signature.
- Flexibility around special waste consignment notes (bespoke notes, or electronic notes etc)
- Flexibility around TFS (submission of documents etc electronically)
